Drivers and pedestrians should avoid Dundas Street between Beale Street and Victoria Street; as Woodstock Police and firefighters respond to a blaze in that area.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police and firefighters are responding to a fire on the corner of Dundas and Beale in the Friendly City.
They got the 911 call at around 1:50 p.m. and spotted heavy smoke upon arrival.
The building has been evacuated and one person has been treated by paramedics on scene.
Drivers and pedestrians should avoid the area of Dundas Street between Beale Street and Victoria Street.
Update (3:20pm) - The fire has been extinguished and Dundas Street has reopened.
