Forty firefighters responded to a blaze in Norwich Township Tuesday evening. According to the Township Fire Services, they received a call around 8:45 last night about a farm structure fire on Evergreen Street. The four stations arrived on the scene to find a quonset structure containing straw bales, hay and farm machinery fully engulfed. Crews remained on the scene for 9 hours to bring the blaze under control. They say the cause of the fire is under investigation but is not considered suspicious at this time. Damages are estimated at $100,000.
