Woodstock Police are investigating after a fire broke out at a Finkle Street apartment. Just before one Saturday morning emergency crews were called to a two-storey, multi-unit apartment building at 82 Finkle Street, following a report of smoke coming from a second floor apartment. Fire crews entered the apartment and evacuated residents as a precaution. A 57 year old man was taken to hospital with minor injuries. The fire was contained to one apartment, with damages, including smoke and water estimated at $20,000.00.
