Woodstock Police are turning to the public for help in trying to solve a hit & run. Back on Saturday, February 2nd, a pick-up truck was stopped on Ingersoll Ave., and was hit in the drivers side door by a silver Volkswagen Golf. The Golf was southbound on Huron and made a sudden sharp turn to go west on Ingersoll, hitting the truck. It sped off westbound, without stopping to check on the damage, or the condition of the other driver. Police are seeking information about the female driver of the Golf, which will have damage to the front left corner. If you have any information, call Woodstock Police (519-537-2323) or Crime Stoppers (1800-222-TIPS).
