Police are reminding everyone to slow down and drive to the conditions after another snow day, where buses were cancelled in Oxford, Elgin and Middlesex.
UPDATE: HWY 19 just south of Salford is back up and running after the tractor trailer jacked-knifed this morning.
OXFORD COUNTY - When you see snow go slow...
That's the message from OPP today who have already responded to a number of collisions in the region. All of the TVDSB school transportation in Elgin, Middlesex, Oxford and Red Zone was cancelled today because of the weather.
Constable Ed Sanchuk says there is no secret when it comes to driving in the snow, you just need to slow down and drive to the conditions.
"We have got snow falling and with the snow we are seeing several collisions right now and responding to several collisions, so we are asking people if you see snow, go slow, adjust your driving conditions and make sure you slow down and give yourself enough time."
No major injuries have been reported thus far. Police did deal with a crash at the 403 and 401 E/B intersection just outside of Woodstock this morning. There was also a jacked-knifed tractor trailer on Highbury Road near Truman Line south of London this morning. HWY 19 joust south of Salford is completely blocked right now after a tractor trailer jacked-knifed in the middle of the road.
