The ROPE squad is looking for a repeat offender who is known to frequent the area.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is looking for the public's help in tracking down a criminal who is known to frequent the region.
25 year old Michael Kim was serving a 2 year and 2 month sentence for assault causing bodily harm, three counts of break and enter and theft and fail to comply with a probation order. Kim is wanted on a Canada wide warrant after skipping out on his parole officer.
He is described as a Southeast Asian male, about 5'5, and a 150 lbs. with short black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on the right side of his neck with the words "Time is Money". KIM also has a tattoo on his right upper arm with the words “Life is a Gamble” and a tattoo of a dragon on his left forearm. Photographs of the tattoos are attached. Kim is known to frequent the London, Windsor and Chatham areas.
