Ontario reporting just 135 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, 4 additional deaths and 151 resolved cases.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 135 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 548,609.
Four additional COVID-19 related deaths were recorded today, meaning the total number of deaths now sits at 9,300. Another 151 cases have been labelled resolved, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 537,875.
The province completed 20,750 tests yesterday. We currently have 139 COVID-19 patients in the hospital with 112 people in the ICU and 50 in the ICU on a ventilator. The majority of the cases are coming from hot spot regions with 26 new cases in Toronto, 16 in Peel Region, 13 in Durham Region, 12 in the Region of Waterloo and 10 in Middlesex-London.
