A complete breakdown of what is open during Step 3 in the City of Woodstock.
WOODSTOCK - The City of Woodstock is open for business as the Province officially entered step 3 last Friday.
City Hall is now open to the public Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and again from 2:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. Starting next Monday, City Hall will resume its regular hours of operation Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The City Engineering Office is open to the public. They have resumed their regular hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No appointments are necessary.
City Hall and the Engineering Office will only allow a certain number of people indoors at one time and they will have enhanced sanitization and you still need to wear a mask.

Enviro Depot
The Enviro Depot has returned to its regular schedule.
Regular Hours are: Wednesday thru Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6 :00 p.m.
Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Parks and Recreation
Cowan Sportsplex
· Re-opening on Monday July 19, 2021
· Building and Walking track hours Monday – Friday 8:45am-12:15pm & 1:45pm to 4:30pm
· Recreation programs will begin in September
Southside Aquatic Centre
· Re-opening on Monday July 19, 2021
· Building hours Monday to Friday 9:30am-5:30pm
· Programs include Lane swim, Aquafit, Family Swim and Aquatic leadership. Please visit www.recreationwoodstock.ca for details.
Lions Pool · Open regular hours please visit www.recreationwoodstock.ca for upcoming program availability.
Reeves Community Complex
· Re-opening on August 3,2021 (green pad)
· Public skates to start in September.
Recreation Programs
· Recreation programs for youth and adults will slowly be re-implemented. Please visit www.recreationwoodstock.ca for upcoming program availability.
Parks
· Current operations will continue
· Outdoor gatherings up to 100 people with proper social distancing
Woodstock Art Gallery
· Art Gallery will re-open Tuesday August 3, 2021
