This legislation was passed on November 1 with a set of rules on how to properly fill out police record checks in Ontario.
The report says many individuals who commit crimes have no police record and not all police information will be released.
While applying to employment agencies, PRC are only considered one part of an individual’s background and the hiring/volunteering process.
