A 54-year-old Brantford man is facing multiple charges after a single-vehicle crash on the 403.
BRANTFORD - A single-vehicle crash on the 403 has led to charges.
Yesterday just before 6:30 p.m. Brant County OPP and other first responders were called to the 403 westbound, west of Paris Road as a truck rolled into the north-side ditch. The 54-year-old Brantford man driving the truck was taken to hospital for treatment and was found to be impaired by alcohol while driving.
He is facing charges of operation while impaired, operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus, obstructing a peace officer, and assaulting a peace officer. He was released from custody and will appear in a Brantford Courtroom at a later date.
