Support for 10 year old Quintin from Tillsonburg continues to pour in, as he remains in a Nova Scotia hospital. The Tillsonburg Domino's Pizza has stepped up to help by holding a fundraiser benefiting the brave young man and his family.

UPDATE: Dominoes in Tillsonburg sold 957 large pizzas in the All in for Quintin fundraiser this week.

That means they raised $9,570 from the pizza's, another $348 from customer cash donations and Dominoes Pizza Canada added another $2,000 to the cause for a grand total of $11,918.85 cents for Quintin and his family.

TILLSONBURG - Domino’s Pizza in Tillsonburg is holding a fundraiser to help one local family.

It's called All in for Quintin and it goes at the end of the month.

Co-owner William Prichard says all of the proceeds will go to help the family.

"As many people we can get through the door, the better. I'd say my goal is to do 1,000 pizzas which would be $10,000.00, if we can do more we'll be well prepared. We've got franchisees and team members from other Domino's to help. We're spreading the word as much as we can on radio and social media."

10 year-old Quintin Ketchabaw was involved in an accident while on vacation in Prince Edward Island with his family. A close family friend says he could be in the hospital for months in Halifax.

Domino's will be selling large cheese or pepperoni pizzas for just $10.00 each.

They will be among the companies looking to help the family, as Prichard says another restaurant is doing something similar.

Being a parent himself, he says they wanted to help.

"We heard about this on the Heart FM website and we live in Tillsonburg and it's a small community. And we have kids of our own, so as soon as we found out that this boy was having a hard time we jumped on the opportunity, as everybody, we wanted to help and that's what we're going to do."

They are located on 527 Broadway Street and he says they'll be waving flags and have a tent outside.

Prichard says he expects the busiest times will be during lunch and dinner and they'll be running the fundraiser for the entire day, going until 1:00 am.

The fundraiser is on July 31st, starting at 11:00 am.

Quintin had his 6th procedure yesterday. To date, he has had the external fixator removed and a plate put in to repair his left leg femur break. Doctors anticipate plastic surgery will happen next week. Quintin has also been working with physiotherapists to restore movement in his ankles and for the first time yesterday, he stood up. The family says he still has a long road to recovery but the support from the Oxford County community is helping tremendously.
