Oxford OPP have closed all westbound lanes of the 401 near Ingersoll.

INGERSOLL -- A two vehicle crash has caused the closure of the westbound 401 Wednesday morning.
Oxford OPP have closed all westbound lanes of the highway between Culloden Road and Putnam Road following a crash between a motorcycle and car.
Police say around 3:30 am, the two vehicles collided near Putnam Road. The driver of the motorcycle was taken to a London hospital suffering from serious injuries. The driver of the car was uninjured.
The investigation is ongoing and police say the highway will remain closed for several hours.
The Emergency Detour Route is currently being used to redirect traffic.
