A fatal collision has taken place in Woodstock Halloween night.
UPDATE - The Woodstock Police have released an update regarding the fatal collision on Springbank Ave.
The crash happened just after 8:45 p.m. on Thursday, and it was a 60-year-old delivery driver who was struck by another vehicle. He was returning to his parked vehicle when he was hit and was given medical attention right away but was airlifted to a hospital in London due to the nature of his injuries. It was unfortunate news as he passed away due to the injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle was not injured. The investigation from Woodstock Police is ongoing at this time and is urging anyone with information to come forward. Police say the public's help will be crucial in understanding what happened during the collision.
