You can now download more ebooks and audiobooks from the Woodstock Public Library's digital collection.
WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Public Library has enhanced their digital services and added new programs during the lockdown.
They have increased the access to the HOOPLA digital collection. This is where you can borrow ebooks, eComics, downloadable audiobooks, music and movies. The monthly patron download limit has been increased to 7 items per month until the end of February.
Also new this year is the Flipster digital magazines. You can now access full colour magazines from your desktop computer or by downloading the app on your tablet or smartphone.
The Woodstock Library also added a number of new titles to their e-collection just before the holidays. They also offer a complete lineup of virtual programs for kids of all ages and they even have an adult book club that meets on Zoom and YouTube.
Take & Make Craft Kits are now available for kids and their parents during pick-up hours. These kits allow you to make own Borax Crystal Snowflake & Craft Stick Snowman.
Kits are available on a first come, first service available through curb side pickup. A new kit will be available each month.
