Police say the man became involved in an argument and as he left the home in the area of Alice Street on Sunday, he discharged a black bb/air soft handgun towards a woman. The man has been held in custody for a bail hearing.
WOODSTOCK - One Woodstock man has been charged with multiple offences after police responded to a weapon-related incident in the area of Alice Street on Sunday.
Police say the man became involved in an argument and as he left the home, he discharged a black bb/air soft handgun towards a woman. EMS arrived and provided treatment for the woman.
34 year-old Joshua MacDouell is facing the following offences:
- Pointing a Firearm Discharge Air Gun with Intent
- Assault with a Weapon
- Carrying a Concealed Weapon
- Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
