Police have charged a Woodstock man with speeding, impaired driving and having booze readily available.
NORWICH - A 24 year old man from Woodstock will be walking for a bit after getting charged with impaired driving and speeding.
Police say they pulled over a speeding car on Highway 59 in Norwich Township just after midnight on Friday. The man apparently had booze in the car with him while he was driving and refused to provide a breath sample.
His car was towed away from the scene on Curries Road where police eventually caught up with him. The 24 year old from Woodstock is now facing a number of charges with impaired driving being the most severe.
