WOODSTOCK - Woodstock City Transit Services are ready for some changes.
The city decided to make changes to the bus schedules so that they can continue to deliver reliable transit services. The changes will accommodate rush hour traffic that could cause delays for transit users.
Beginning on March 6th, a new 40-minute cycle will be implemented for buses running between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Woodstock City Transit Supervisor Jeffrey Springsted knows that reliable transit is the key to connecting Woodstock Public Services to its residents.
"We understand how important it is to offer a transit service people can trust to reach their destination on time and for that reason we’re introducing these changes so riders can be confident that we’ll get them where they need to go."
