The Woodstock Ingersoll Tillsonburg & Area Association of Realtors will support DASO in 2025.
OXFORD COUNTY - Woodstock Ingersoll Tillsonburg & Area Associations of Realtors (WITAAR) has announced their charity of choice for 2025.
Domestic Abuse Services Oxford (DASO) has been chosen, and Incoming Executive Director Ashley Brown says its a huge honour.
“Our agency relies on the generosity of our community members to provide much needed services, programming, and resources to those who are fleeing violent situations and who, in many cases, are often starting over. This act of kindness and dedication within our community has a direct impact on creating shelter and safety for many families, along with ensuring that supports are available to anyone who needs them 365 days a year.”
WITAAR will donate $1 per board member to the DASO each month through the Every Realtor campaign. It will also fundraise for the cause during annual events and the charity is nominated for the Ontario Realtors Care Foundation Grant.
