Police have closed the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 between Oxford Road 29 and Cedar Creek Road.
UPDATE (11:54 a.m.) - Police say one commercial vehicle rear ended another commercial, killing one of the drivers. They have been identified as a 26-year-old from Brampton.
The other driver did not require medical attention.

DRUMBO - The Oxford OPP is investigating a fatal crash on Highway 401 in Drumbo.
Police say two vehicles collided in the eastbound lanes east of Oxford Road 29 at around 7:00 a.m. today.
Provincial Constable Matt Foster says officers remain on scene.
"The Highway 401 between Oxford Road 29 and Cedar Creek Road is currently closed. Detours are in effect while the OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team conduct an investigation into the cause of the collision."
One person died at the scene, and their identity has not been released as police notify their next of kin.
Foster says the highway closure should last into the afternoon and no further details have been released at this time.
