The Woodstock Wildcats Girls Atom B are coming home with the bronze medal. The girls hockey team played in the Provincial Championship Tournament over the weekend in Ottawa. The Wildcats lost their semi final game Sunday morning to Stratford when they broke the tie to win the game with 35 seconds left in play. The girls went on to face off against Woolwich, who they lost to in game one of the tournament. But this time, the Wildcats battled hard and beat Woolwich 2-0 to take the bronze medal. Stratford and Ottawa faced off in the gold medal game. It took three periods of overtime but Ottawa beat Stratford 1-0.
