Two pickup trucks collided east of Waterford Monday afternoon.
WATERFORD - Two people have been hospitalized after a crash just east of Waterford.
Emergency crews were called out to the intersection of Cockshutt Road and Concession 10 Townsend at around 4:30 p.m. yesterday after two pickup trucks collided.
Sergeant Ed Sanchuk posted a video on the OPP West Region X page. He says the driver of the first truck was not hurt, but the same can't be said for the people in the second truck.
"The driver and passenger in the second pickup truck suffered injuries and that driver was transported to a local area hospital by ambulance to be treated for those injuries. The passenger was transported by Air Ornge and airlifted to a local area hospital to be treated for undetermined injuries.
The intersection was closed for several hours for the investigation but has since reopened.
No further details have been released at this time.
