BRANT / OXFORD COUNTY - Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement this morning for Brantford,
Woodstock, Tillsonburg, and surrounding areas as strong thunderstorms are expected to roll through the region.
There is also the threat of isolated wind gusts up to 85 km/h and possible small hail to come with it.
If you are traveling on the roads, drive with caution and in consideration of the high winds, be sure to secure objects around the home as they can become a hazard for the public.
