The three core areas of focus are Population Health, Service Excellence and Organizational Resilience.
OXFORD COUNTY - A new strategic plan has been launched by Southwestern Public Health.
It spans from 2025 to 2029, and it's an ambitious, community-informed guide, which will steer the organization's priorities.
Three core areas of focus have been outlined in the plan, and they are Population Health, Service Excellence and Organizational Resilience. There was strong engagement with staff, partners, community members, and the Board of Health, which has made the new plan grounded in local evidence and shared values.
Chair of the Board of Health, Bernia Martin shared her thoughts in a press release.
"It is the role of the Board of Health to set the course for the organization through a strategic plan. With strong input from staff and the community, we are proud to approve a plan that reflects local priorities and charts the path for the next five years."
