A single housing unit that caught fire on King St in Ingersoll, has prompted Oxford County OPP to investigate.
INGERSOLL - Oxford County OPP are investigating a suspicious house fire that happened on King Street in Ingersoll.
Police and members of the Ingersoll Fire Department arrived on scene on Wednesday night before 8 o'clock when a single unit had caught fire and was quickly put out.
As of right now, there are no suspects and no threat to public safety. The Ontario Fire Marshal's Office and OPP will continue to investigate to determine what had caused the fire.
The investigation is ongoing and police are asking for the public's help. Anyone with information is asked to contact OPP Oxford County at 1-888-310-1122.
