Police say the 36-year-old was going 101 kilometres per hour in a 50 zone on Oakland Road.
OAKLAND - A Norfolk man has been busted for speeding on Oakland Road.
The Brant OPP say the 36-year-old was going 101 kilometres per hour in a 50 zone at around 8:00 p.m. yesterday.
He has been charged with speeding, stunt driving, and possession of unmarked cigarettes. He also faces a 90 day licence suspension, his vehicle was impounded for a week, and he has a court date in the New Year.
The Brant OPP would like to remind everyone that speed limits are in place to protect all road users. Stunt driving not only puts the driver at risk, but everyone else on the road as well.
