OXFORD/ST.THOMAS/ELGIN - Southwestern Public Health has confirmed 13 new cases of the virus today, 31 resolved cases and 1 additional death.
The death was a man in his 60's from Elgin County.
We currently have 9 people in the hospital with the virus, including 2 in the ICU. The Health Unit is reporting 230 active cases with most of them in Tillsonburg, Woodstock, Norwich Township, and St. Thomas. Here is the breakdown of the locations according to Southwestern Public Health:

Carressant Care Bonnie Place/St. Thomas - 2 resident case, 0 staff cases and 1 death
