Environment Canada says we could get about 20 centimetres of snow by tonight.
OXFORD COUNTY - Winter has arrived in Oxford County.
A snow squall warning is in effect with Environment Canada predicting about 20 centimetres by tonight.
The snow could also be quite heavy at times with peak snowfall rates between 2 and 4 centimetres per hour. This could make it hard to see on the snow-covered roads out there, so make sure you drive according to the conditions.
Southwestern Ontario Student Transportation Services has cancelled all of the school buses for students within the Thames Valley District School Board and London District Catholic School Board, but the schools will remain open.
Francobus has also cancelled the school buses for CSC Providence students in Oxford County, but Sainte-Marguerite-Bourgeoys and Notre Dame in Woodstock will be open today.
Woodstock Christian School has cancelled its buses as well but that school is closed for today.
