NORWICH - Oxford OPP are investigating after they received a report of two teenage boys playing with fire in Harold Bishop Park in Norwich.
Police were notified just before 10pm Sunday when a citizen had found a phone book on fire on a picnic table in the pavilion and witnessed the youth running away eastbound.
The citizen was able to extinguish the small fire before officers arrived.
The boys are believed to be between the ages of 14 and 16 and they were wearing t-shirts and shorts at the time of the incident. One of them is described having very short light coloured hair while the other was wearing a baseball cap.
