A 17-year-old is facing two counts of dangerous driving causing death as a result of the single-vehicle collision on Cornell Road. The incident happened on August 4th.
UPDATE - Charges have been laid in relation to a fatal collision in Norwich Township.
The single-vehicle crash happened on Cornell Road back on August 4th at 12:05 a.m.
As a result of the investigation, a 17-year-old, who can't be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act has been charged with two counts of Dangerous Operation causing death.
The accused will be in Woodstock Court at a later date.

NORWICH TOWNSHIP - A single-vehicle collision has ended in tragedy.
Around 12:05 a.m. this morning (Friday, August 4th) members of the Oxford OPP, Oxford Paramedic Services, and Norwich Fire Services attended the scene on Cornell Road.
The initial investigation shows that the vehicle was carrying seven people, which then left the road and rolled. Several passengers were trapped, while one was ejected.
A total of six were transported to local hospitals, the driver, and five passengers. An 18-year-old from Brantford was pronounced dead at the scene, while one of the passengers transported to hospital has since been pronounced dead as well. This passenger was a 16-year-old from Mount Pleasant.
Members of the OPP West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team attended to assist with the investigation.
The road was closed for several hours but has since re-opened.
The investigation is continuing, and further updates will be provided when new information becomes available.
