Museum Curator Scott Gillies tells Heart FM how some viewers watch the performance.
"On a blanket or one of the picnic tables in the park, and they claim their spot, because it is the theatre in the rounds so no matter where you sit you'll always have a good view."
The admission for the event is pay what you can.
Gillies explains why they keep having Shakespeare Under the Stars as a reoccurrence.
"Driftwood puts on a fabulous show. It is incredible what they are able to do with minimalist stage draws you right into the performance. It is a magical moment to sit back and watch the play unfold as the stars come out."
