WOODSTOCK/OXFORD COUNTY - When you see snow, go slow.
Members of the Oxford OPP and Woodstock Police have already responded to several collisions today. Highway 401 near Ingersoll has been slow going for most of the day after a crash. No word at this time on any injuries. OPP have also responded to several minor collisions and vehicles in the ditch.
Beware of changing weather and road conditions. Snow squall activity and multiple collisions reported throughout West Region. Everyone is reminded to adjust your driving conditions accordingly.
Constable Ed Sanchuk says there is no secret when it comes to driving in the snow, you just need to slow down and drive to the conditions.
"We have got snow falling and with the snow we are seeing several collisions right now and responding to several collisions, so we are asking people if you see snow, go slow, adjust your driving conditions and make sure you slow down and give yourself enough time."
