Rogers is trying to make amends for yesterday's service outage.
The company has announced that customers will receive a credit equivalent to yesterday's wireless service fee on their May bill.
Rogers says the issue was related to an Ericsson software upgrade, resulting in devices being disconnected from the network.
The company says Rogers is in the process of reviewing its partnership with Ericsson in order to prevent similar issues in the future.
The disruption in service impacted thousands of customers across the country.
