QR Codes Become Mandatory Today

Vaccine certificates without the code will no longer be accepted where proof of vaccine is required

Anyone with a medical or clinical trial exemption will also be able to get a certificate with a QR code.

A note from a physician will no longer be allowed starting January 10th.

You can either keep the QR code on our phone or have a paper copy that can be scanned through the Verify Ontario app.
