Today's numbers are underreported as they are missing data from Toronto Public Health. The Province also confirmed 1,344 resolved cases and an additional 18 deaths.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 945 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 282,511. Now before you get too excited about the numbers today, Toronto Public Health did not report all of their cases as part of their migration to ccm.
The Province also announced 18 new COVID-19 related deaths bringing the total to 6,614. Another 1,344 cases have been labelled resolved, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 263,044. The Province has confirmed 15 new cases of the COVID-19 variant that originated in the UK bringing the total to 236.
The province completed 68,812 tests yesterday. We currently have 883 COVID-19 patients in the hospital with 299 people in the ICU and 211 in the ICU on a ventilator.
