We have more recoveries than confirmed cases today in Ontario. The Province also reported another 28 deaths this morning and 146 patients are currently in the ICU.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario confirmed 1,210 new cases of the virus this morning, bringing the total number of cases to 99,372.
Ontario also reported 28 new deaths related to COVID-19 today and the total now sits at 3,443. Meanwhile another 1,376 people have made a full recovery, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 83,301.
The province completed 41,838 tests yesterday. We currently have 526 COVID-19 patients in the hospital and 146 are in the ICU.
Most of the new cases are coming from the GTA with 361 new cases in Peel, 346 in Toronto and 143 in York Region.
