Police say they seized $50,000 in purple fentanyl and methamphetamine and arrested a 27 year old man from Ingersoll after pulling over an impaired driver this morning.
INGERSOLL - Oxford OPP seized $50,000 in drugs while after pulling over a vehicle on Clarke Road this morning in South-West Oxford.
Police were called about a suspicious driver just before 10 this morning. Officers attended along with EMS and located the driver, who was arrested.
Police say they found purple fentanyl and methamphetamine in the car, worth an estimated $50,000.
27-year-old Matthew Morgan of Ingersoll has been charged with the following offences:
- Operation While Impaired
- Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance For the Purpose of Trafficking x 2
- Fail to Comply With Probation Order
