An 82-year-old Perth County man has died, after rolling his pick-up truck on private property. Emergency crews were called to the property, near Kirkton, at around 8:30 this morning. Kenneth Blackler was driving to his residence this morning when his truck left the laneway, and rolled down an embankment. He was found partially submerged in water against the truck, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
