INGERSOLL - Restaurants in Ingersoll will be allowed to create patios on municipal property to help them start to get back to business.
In a special meeting Town Council has approved a plan that would see patios in front of restaurants extend to the street. The parking stalls in front of the business would be converted to pedestrian walkways so folks wandering around downtown will be able to maintain proper physical distancing from diners.

INGERSOLL - Ingersoll Town Council has changed its mind and the skate park will open.
Council reversed its decision from a week ago after hearing details of other parks opening in other municipalities. Council says because the area is unmonitored, they are pleading with park users to be on their best behavior and follow social distancing rules.
