A 37 year old from Woodstock has been charged with arson, assault with a weapon and 3 counts of mischief after allegedly leaving a trail of destruction on Sunday evening.
WOODSTOCK - A 37 year old from Woodstock has been charged with arson, assault with a weapon and 3 counts of mischief after allegedly leaving a trail of destruction on Sunday evening.
Woodstock Police were first called at 6:55 pm to a dumpster fire at a business in the area of Dundas and Marlboro Streets. Shortly after the fire started, police were also called about a nearby sign that was destroyed that evening.
Then around 7:15 pm, police responded to reports of a man, matching the same description, smashing property at a home on William Street. the suspect then got into a fight with the owner of the house. Luckily nobody was seriously injured in the altercation.
Earlier in the day, at approximately 3:00PM, the suspect was reported to have caused damage to a motorcycle on the same William Street property.
After all this, police located and arrested the man they think is responsible for all of these crimes, 37 year old Tyler Graham.
He was charged with Arson, Assault with a weapon and 3 counts of mischief.
