Man wanted on Canada wide warrant has been arrested in Toronto
A Canada wide warrant has come to an end after OPP arrested Boris Panovski Sunday.
The man wanted in connection to the September 13 shooting of Don Frigo near Clinton was picked up yesterday at Pearson International Airport as he reentered Canada.
Boris Panovski is charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder.
He is to appear later today at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich.
70 year old Frigo of Caledon, was shot to death while riding a horse with a female companion near a conservation area in the municipality of Central Huron.
The female victim was able to reach safety and suffered minor injuries.
