It is one of the final morning show interviews on Heart FM with Warden Marcus Ryan.
OXFORD COUNTY - The interviews with Warden Marcus Ryan will be coming to a close.
Heart FM has had Warden Ryan on the Morning Show to recap what took place during the County Council meetings throughout the year, and after the current term, Ryan will no longer be the Warden. During his interview today, Ryan talked about the emergency that happened at Woodingford Lodge in Ingersoll.
"No patients or residents were hurt. As far as I know, no staff of any kind were hurt. The building is being assessed, and plans are going to be made for where people can stay in the short term."
Ryan adds that there is still lots of work to do before residents will be back under the roof of Woodingford Lodge.
"You want to be 100% sure that it is every bit as good as it was before this, before you put them back in. So, I'm not going to give you any kind of timeline."
The residents are being temporarily housed and cared for at Alexandra Hospital Ingersoll. Ryan also talked about the incoming council during the Heart FM Morning Show. If you would like to hear everything that was discussed, you can take a listen to the full interview below.
