The free resiliency and retention training will be offered virtually to workers in the tourism and hospitality sector.
OXFORD COUNTY - Tourism Oxford and Community Employment Services Oxford have teamed up with Ontario Tourism Education Corporation to bring free resiliency and retention training to tourism and hospitality workers.
This virtual training program is a series of weekly sessions for new or returning hospitality sector employees. They will feature small interactive classes led by certified and experienced trainers.
Anyone who takes the course will gain tools to provide excellent service, increase job satisfaction, and reduce burnout, methods for dealing with customer conflict, and self-care.
