Several items were stolen while the home owners were sleeping including cellular phones, laptop computer and an iPad along with a purse that contained personal and financial information.
INGERSOLL - Someone broke into a home in Ingersoll while the owners were sleeping.
Police say the theft happened overnight between Friday and Saturday on Hollingshead Road. Several items were stolen while the owners were sleeping including cellular phones, laptop computer and an iPad along with a purse that contained personal and financial information.
The stolen purse was located at a different address in Ingersoll and it was determined that the debit card had been used at a nearby business. Officers are continuing to investigate and are reviewing security surveillance footage in an attempt to identify those responsible.
