A local Oldtimers hockey team has stepped up to show support in the community once again. The Home Building Centre Oldtimers presented a cheque to the Sakura House this year. Team treasurer Bruce Riffel says this years charity hits close to home. "My brother in-law passed away four years ago in a hospital, so it's one of my sister's big charities. This is what we've been donating to, a little every year. So we decided to do a bigger one this year," said Riffel. The team gives money to a local charity every year. They challenge the other Oldtimer teams to try to match or exceed their fundraising for Sakura House.
