DELHI - Norfolk County OPP investigated a disturbance in Delhi.
The incident took place in the late evening or early morning hours last Thursday, November 2nd into Friday, November 3rd.
Officers started their investigation just after 6:40 a.m. on Friday, November 3rd, and determined a verbal argument turned physical and one person suffered minor injuries.
A 35-year-old Norfolk woman has been charged with Assault with a weapon and Uttering Threats - cause death or bodily harm.
