The Townships of East Zorra-Tavistock, Norwich, South-West Oxford, and Zorra have placed a ban on any open air burning. Due to the very dry conditions, it has been decided the ban be effective immediately for safety reasons. Open fires for the purpose of cooking food only in supervised campsites will be allowed. The ban will be lifted when weather conditions are deemed safe by the Township Fire Departments.
