UPDATE (April 2nd @ 6:30 a.m.) - Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for Oxford County with heavy rain expected over the next 24 hours. Officials say we could get 10 to 20 milimetres today, plus another 20 to 30 milimetres tonight.
This means we could see flooding in low lying areas and some water pooling on the roads. There's also a risk of a thunderstorm for later this afternoon.
On top of all this, Environment Canada has also issued a special weather statement. It says we could experience a brief period of freezing rain today as well. This could make the roads quite slipper out there, so make sure you drive accordingly if you have to go anywhere.
The temperature should rise to 14 degrees by tomorrow morning, and that's when the rain is supposed to end.
