***Warning: contents of this report are graphic and may offend some readers. Use discretion in whether or not to read the report.*** It's the second day of testimony for 21-year-old Terri-Lynne McClintic in the Tori Stafford murder trial. The jury in London is hearing today about what happened just after eight-year-old Victoria Stafford was killed on April 8th, 2009. McClintic is on the stand at the murder trial of her former boyfriend, Michael Rafferty. McClintic says the pair changed shoes, drove to a car wash in Cambridge and dumped 4-5 garbage bags containing blood-stained clothes, and the hammer McClintic says said yesterday, she used to kill Stafford. Heart FM's Blair Wilson reports "McClintic says she was also instructed to cut out pieces of the back seat of Rafferty's car where stains remained, and threw them out the window along the 401 on their way back to Woodstock." McClintic also told the jury she helped deliver flyers in the search for the missing girl, just days after her murder. McClintic has yet to be cross-examined, as she continues to lay out testimony today. Heart FM will have further updates this afternoon. Also follow trial coverage here.
