Nearly failing grades are not something to be proud of. Woodstock's Cedar Creek has received the lowest or second lowest grades for water quality in the last 12-years in the Upper Thames Watershed. Brad Hertner the Community Partnership Specialist at Upper Thames Authority says "It will take input from the entire community to make a difference." There are plans for a website, social media presence, letter, door to door information all in an effort to promote change. There will be a public meeting in the fall, an advisory committee will be formed in November and a strategy on rehabilitating the creek will begin in the first quarter of 2013.
