OPP have closed off a portion of Thames Street in Ingersoll, as the Fire Marshal continues to investigate last night's blaze.
INGERSOLL - OPP remain at the scene of a fire in Ingersoll.
The small apartment building on Thames Street went up in flames last night.
Acting OPP Sergeant Ken Johnston says they have closed off the area as the Fire Marshal continues to investigate.
"The OPP will be assisting as far as traffic and facilitating to make sure the structure and everything is safe with the Fire Marshal, then we will be releasing the scene."
The fire has been deemed not suspicious and no other information has been released at this time.
Johnston would like to thanks the first responders that attended the scene.
"From the OPP's perspective we would like to thank the fire departments that responded. They did a fantastic job and as far as I'm aware no one was injured so that's a win for everyone. The officers showed up and did a great job as well making sure the scene was safe."
